THE RULES:
- 1. shall return the vehicle not damaged, with its full equipment and such amount of fuel as it was provided by the company. Added to that, the car shall be vacuumed and washed. In other case it will subject to payment of the cost of any potential repairs, lacking fuel and cleaning according to the current prices.
- 2. Delivery period may be prolonged only upon written consent of the Rental Company no later than 24 hours before termination of rental contract.
- 3. The Renter shall return the rented car on the date specified in the rental agreement. Prolonging the rental period shall mean charging extra fee. In the case of car return delay of 1 to 3 hours, 50% of the total fee shall be added. Shall the delay exceed 3 hours, 100% of the total fee is added. Shall The Renter fail to return the car within 12 hours after the date specified in the rental agreement and contact the Company, the Company is obliged to inform law enforcement bodies about theft.
- 4. In the case of long-term rental or mileage higher than 1000 kilometres The Renter shall control oil level (the proper one is between min and max) and pressure in tyres (2 atm).
- 5. The rented car is under conditions of an insurance company as far as OC, AC, KR, NW is concerned. The user is obliged to follow all conditions specified by the insurance company, especially those concerning loss of a car and its documents.
- 6. The User shall bear all financial responsibility in the case of car damage made through his/her fault. This responsibility involves damage not covered by OC insurance. The user bears the responsibility for the damage made through his/her fault in the form of the amount of the user's own contribution. In the lower standard class PLN 3 000 and in the exclusive class PLN 8 000. In the damage of the value lower than PLN 4 000 the user shall bear all repair cost. In the case of total damage (when repair exceeds the value of a car) 30% of the car value.
- 7. The Renter shall bear all repair and spare parts cost according to the dealer's prices, resulting from damage caused by misuse of the car or exceeding its normal usage extent i.e. missing or changed parts as well as damage and loss owing to incorrect operation and use (damage of windowpanes, wing mirrors, chassis, engine, gearbox as well as inside of the car is not covered by the insurance and is entirely repaired at the Renter's expense, especially change or repair of damaged tyres and bulbs), car keys loss - PLN 700, vehicle registration document loss - PLN 700.
- 8. Losses on account of stoppage of a vehicle during repair time or damage elimination by the Insurance Company are covered from the amount of deposit. Lack of ability to rent a car caused by the Renter proportionally to the number of stoppage days (one day = half of the price of daily rental) and costs which are not covered by insurance.
- 9. The rented car can be driven only by the person specified in the rental agreement.
- 10. The rented car must not be used to transport people or things in the form of sub-rental, to tow other cars, transport things that may damage or dirty the vehicle, or those the weight of which exceeds load of the car. The vehicle must not be used in car races, rallies or sport competition, against customs, traffic and other regulations, and beyond the borders of the Republic of Poland, without written consent of the Rental Company.
- 11. The Renter must not leave car documents and keys in the vehicle.
- 12. In the case of loss of the car together with its documents and set of car keys as well as occurrence of traffic collision under the influence of alcohol, hallucinogenic drugs or other intoxicants, the Renter shall bear full financial responsibility for the lost or damaged car.
- 13. Shall the car have meet with an accident caused by the Renter, shall the Renter-made loss of the vehicle, documents necessary for the loss removal take place or owing to any other reasons shall the car not be returned on the specified date, the paid up deposit and the due amount paid for the rental come into ownership of the Rental Company.
- 14. Shall any damage take place as a result of a traffic collision not caused by the Renter, the police must be unconditionally called to the place of the occurrence and the Company must be informed. Then the deposit will be returned after the Insurance Company of the person responsible for the accident confirms elimination of the damage carried out for the money taken from his/her policy and the case is closed in the Insurance Company.
- 15. The Renter is financially responsible for the losses made owing to lack of car protection or documents necessary to damage elimination, thus in the case of damage of a car preventing it from its proper work the Renter is obliged to protect the car by taking it to the nearest manned car park and immediately inform the Rental Company about the damage.
- 16. Shall the vehicle be returned before termination of the rental agreement, the rental fee is non-returnable.
- 17. The Renter is obliged to lock the vehicle and use provided steering lock any time the vehicle is left unattended.
- 18. It is recommended not to leave the vehicle in guarded places and not to leave inside any valuable objects.
- 19. Shall the Renter fail to meet the conditions specified in the rental agreement, the rental Company has the right to send personal data of the Renter to the proper bodies responsible for law enforcement and to the debt register, referred to as a "black list".
- 20. Any potential repairs of the car made during the rental time must be agreed with the Rental Company.
- 21. Shall the Renter resign from renting the car on the first day covered by the agreement, the Rental company has the right to impose contractual fine in the amount of PLN 700.
THE RENTAL COMPANY INFORMS:
- ! all cars are protected by the system of satellite identification
- ! the border guards of all border crossings in Poland have been notified about the necessity to keep the car owned by the Rental Company in order to provide the proper explanation ( with reference to any identification data and distinguishing marks of the car)
