THE RULES:

Hirer: Your Car, 4/10 Olimpijska Street, 05-082 Stare Babice Renter: a private person or a corporate body hiring a vehicle from Your Car company, called 'The Renter' in the following General Rental Terms and in a rental agreement. By signing the rental agreement The Renter agrees to the General Rental Terms and takes full responsibility for the hired vehicle and all transported persons and items.



• 1. The Renter is obliged to follow the legal regulations of the Republic of Poland.
• 2. The Renter pays a security deposit to cover any possible damages or any other additional costs caused by The Renter, the price of charge is specified under the 'Deposit' section in the price list provided on the company's website. The deposit is paid back partially or fully after returning the vehicle. A security deposit reimbursement depends on the usage of the vehicle.
• 3. Your Car can terminate the agreement and take the vehicle back immediately if The Renter does not abide by the rental agreement conditions and/or the General Rental Terms. The Hirer is entitled to charge The Renter with all costs generated by collecting the vehicle before an agreed time and will inflict a financial penalty amounting to 3 times the value of the highest security deposit.
• 4. Your Car assures that a hired vehicle is roadworthy, in a good technical condition, without any defects or damages. The Renter must inform The Hirer about all apparent vehicle defects before leaving the rental location. The Renter is required to return the vehicle in the same condition as it was provided at the start of the rental period, in particular: the vehicle should be complete and not damaged, all vehicle documents and keys should be returned, the quantity of fuel should be the same as it was supplied at the start of the original rental, the vehicle should be washed and vacuum-cleaned. In case of not following these regulations The Renter will be charged with additional costs including the costs of refuelling, cleaning the vehicle and the costs of repairs of any damages revealed after washing the vehicle. Car washing: 200 PLN, cleaning car upholstery: 350 PLN.
• 5. All repairs and spare part expenses resulting from inappropriate or incorrect usage (e.g. if parts of the vehicle are missing, damaged by using incorrectly or has been replaced) are covered by The Renter. Windscreen, wing mirrors, chassis, engine, gear box, car interior, tyre and light damage are not covered by the insurance and the entire repair or replacement costs must be covered by The Renter.
• 6.The Renter bears full financial responsibility for damaging the vehicle if The Renter is found to be culpable for the damage. The Renter must cover all the costs not covered by motor insurance (AC). In case of damages covered by motor insurance The Renter pays an additional fee: group A - 1700 PLN; B, C, C+ - 2000 PLN; D, D+ - 2500 PLN; V, J - 3000 PLN.
• 7. Security deposits cover all the financial losses resulting from the vehicles inaccessibility for hire during repair. The charge is calculated depending on the time of inaccessibility (one day = half the daily rent) and other costs not covered by the insurance.
• 8. The Renter bears full financial responsibility for secondary damages resulting from failure to secure the vehicle after the original damage. In the event of damage that makes further driving impossible The Renter is obliged to move the car to the closest attended car park and inform The Hirer immediately. The Renter must also secure all the documents needed for repairing the original damage.
• 9. All repairs carried out by The Renter during the time of the rental agreement must be consulted with The Hirer.
• 10. When leaving the vehicle The Renter is obliged to lock the vehicle and activate all the safety devices fitted in the vehicle.
• 11. The Renter must not leave any vehicle documents or keys in the vehicle.
• 12. In case of losing the vehicle together with vehicle documents and a set of vehicle keys The Renter bears full financial responsibility for vehicle loss or damage.
• 13. The Renter is advised to park the vehicle at attended car parks and not to leave any valuable items inside the vehicle.
• 14. The vehicles are fully insured with third party insurance (OC), motor insurance (AC), insurance against theft (KR) and accident insurance (NW). All conditions defined by insurance company, especially those regarding vehicle and vehicle documents losses, apply to The Renter.
• 15. In the event of losing the vehicle documents or keys a fee of 700 PLN is deduced from the security deposit.
• 16. In the event of collision caused by The Renter under the influence of alcohol, drugs, hallucinatory medications or other perception-altering substances The Renter bears full financial responsibility for vehicle loss or damage.
• 17. In the event of the cancellation of a reservation less than 48 hours from the pick up date and time The Hirer is entitled to charge The Renter with a financial fine amounting to 50% of the total rental cost.
• 18. No rental costs are reimbursed in case of returning the vehicle before the stated time of the rental agreement.
• 19. Extensions of the rental agreement should be approved in writing by The Hirer no later than 24 hours before the termination of the previous rental agreement.
• 20. In case of a long-term hire or more than 1000 km distance covered The Renter is obliged to check engine oil levels (it should be between max and min) and tire pressure (correct pressure is 2 atm).
• 21.The Renter must return the vehicle at the date and time specified by the rental agreement. A delay in the return of the vehicle will result in a charge being made. In case of a delay between 1 and 3 hours The Renter must pay an additional fee equal to 50% of the daily rate, in case of a delay longer than 3 hours - 100% of the daily rate. If The Renter does not return the vehicle 12 hours after the termination of the rental agreement and does not contact the Hirer, the Hirer will report a car theft to the police and The Renter will not be able to claim the security deposit back.
• 22.If the vehicle is damaged as a result of a collision not caused by The Renter, The Renter must call the police to the place of collision and inform The Hirer. Security deposit will be returned to The Renter after compensating the costs of repairing the damage from the offender's third party insurance.
• 23. Only the person named in the rental agreement is entitled to drive a hired vehicle.
• 24. The rented vehicle must not be hired to a third party, used for towing other vehicles, transporting items that can damage or pollute the vehicle or are too heavy, used in races, rallies or other sports events, used against customs, traffic and other regulations or used outside of the Republic of Poland borders without the written permission from The Hirer.
• 25. In case of breaking the terms of the agreement by The Renter The Hirer is entitled to send the renter’s personal details to the authorities responsible for the enforcement of applicable laws and to a special record (black list).
